Afonte Plug's 7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal care goods. We also don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with concerns about specific items.

Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If accepted, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
